摘要

中共中央和胡锦涛总书记关于和谐社会建设是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友
爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的论述,深刻揭示和概括了社会主
义和谐社会的内涵与本质,解释了社会主义和谐社会的基本特征,也为构建社会

国内外对和谐社会评价和量化分析进行了大量的研究,为认识和建设和
谐社会提供有益的借鉴。已有的研究中在对和谐社会内涵的理解与指标的选
择、提取、指标数据取得的现实性、权重确定的科学性等方面都有进一步继
续探讨的必要。本文首先借鉴国内外研究和参考大量文献,筛选能反映和谐
社会核心本质的因素构建江苏社会和谐评价指标体系,5 个
一级指标个二级指标在内的评价指标体系。其次用因子分析方法对指标权重
进行确定,最后采用因子分析对江苏
根据年江苏省统计局和个地市统计局发布的官方社会经济统计数
据、环境状况数据对江苏市和谐社会发展程度进行了实证分析。分析表明:
江苏市和谐社会发展水平高低依次可分为四类,第一类:南京;第二类:盐
城市、无锡、常州、镇江、南通;第三类:淮安、连云港、苏州;第四类:徐州、

江苏作为经济发达地区和沿海开放省份,经济发展取得了重大成就,同时各
种矛盾也日益凸显。研究提出构建江苏和谐社会的目标和任务,建立评价指标
体系对社会和谐进行定量测度和深入分析,提出进一步推进和谐社会建设的

ABSTRACT

The construction of a harmonious society, which provided by the CPC Central
Committee and the General Secretary Hu Jintao, is the harmonious of rule of law,
democracy, equality, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order, also the
harmony between man and nature. The discussion reveales a summary of the
connotation of a harmonious socialist society, the nature of interpretation. And it
also translations the basic features for building a harmonious socialist society.
Meanwhile, the evaluation system for harmonious society and quantitative analysis
provide a theoretical basis.
Harmonious society at home and abroad for evaluation and quantitative analysis
has been carried out. These extensive researches for understanding and building a
harmonious society provide useful lessons. The study on the connotation of a
harmonious society, such as: the understanding of the basic features, a good indicator
of the choice of extraction, the possibility of getting data, how to determine the weight
