摘要
现代城市规划起源于对社会问题的思考早期的城市规划者往往是社会活动

由于城市化人口老龄化在我国已经出现死人与活人争生存环境的尴尬
局面对于人口众多的中国如何控制有限土地资源的利用引导新兴殡葬产业的
发展促进健康殡葬文化的转型构筑人与自然相互依存的生态理念对于当代人
是一种历史重任
一直以来公墓建设在我国不受重视城市规划工作者来研究它的更是少之又
少没有形成相应的规划建设体系本文以城镇公益性公墓为研究对象围绕着公
墓建设这个核心问题逐步展开通过对中国墓葬背景当前公墓建设中存在的问题
和对问题根源的探究以及国内外相关研究的系统归纳分类比较和借鉴提出从公
墓规划体系建设和公墓生态建设这两个方面来建构城镇生态公墓规划体系为今后
的公墓建设提供了一定的参考
文章最后指出公墓是现阶段处理骨灰遗体的一种过渡形式应该通过寻求
适合现阶段发展特点的方法对公墓建设进行统筹安排统一布局为将来发展做
出思想引导与物质准备

Abstract
The modern urban planning originats from the thinking of social problems, the early
urban planners are often social activists, Howard , Gerdes , Munford are called the urban
planning thinkers because of their care for the people and their concern about the basic
social problems.
With urbanization , aging population, the awkward situation that the dead and living
people fight for " living environment " already appears very much in our country. As to
populous China , it is a kind of historical important task to contemporary people that how
to control the use of limited lands, guide the development of the new funeral industry,
promote the transforming of the funeral culture, and construst a harmony between people
and nature.
All the time, the construction of cemeteries has been paid little attention in our
country, and it is fewer that urban planners study it, so it has not formed corresponding
planning system. This text regards urban public ecological cemeteries as the research
object and takes the construction of cemeteries as the key question to launch
progressively around. Understanding the Chinese grave background and cemetery
construction problems that exist and origin correctly, summing up domestic and
international relevant research , comparing and drawing lessons from them, I propose
these two respects
