摘要:本研究以自组织理论自组织理论为框架,在总结我国农村建设误区基础上,对当前我
国农村建设中以政府主导的简单发展模式予以反思,并对我国乡村人居环境建设的适宜方法
予以研究。乡村发展,需要产业调整与空间结构的互动更新与同步发展。本研究以湖南吉首
市古丈县梳头溪村为案例研究对象,在发展茶叶种植、加工产业链的基础上,结合其所处的
区位及文化历史条件,为村落空间体系调整制订了策略,从 1)村落空间布局与产业发展的
互动关系;2)公共空间与设施体系的建构;3)空间演化路径的设置;4)建筑单体的管控
方法四个方面对当代村落的演化与导控方法进行了研究

Abstract: The study based on anization theory, summarized the construction
misunderstandings in Chinese rural region, reflected the defect caused by government-led
development as a single development mode. So as to research on the available habitat construction
methods for Chinese rural region. Industrial restructuring and the spatial structure development in
rural region ask for the interactive update and synchronize the development. The study
investigated the tea planting and its industrial chain in Shutouxi village, Guzhang County,Jishou,
Hunan Province, and considering its regional character , cultural and historical context, formulated
a strategy for the village space system adjustment. Mainly study from the following four aspects
