术科教学中绩效管理模式的构建与应用研究--以标枪教学为例

摘要
以人为本的教育理念的提出,既有逻辑的必然,也是历史呈螺旋体上升的必然。这
一教育思想,对我国教学的改革有着重要的作用。在术科教学过程中如何真正做到以人
为本,是目前教学中比较关注的问题。绩效管理是现代企业中较为流行的一种管理方式,
它的核心思想是以人为本,它的至高境界在于创造一种促进人不断学习和积极发展的组
织氛围。因此,本文欲把绩效管理引用到术科教学中,以期提高教学效果。
本文在绩效管理理论基础上结合术科教学特点构建出教学绩效管理模式,并通过实
验验证绩效管理模式在术科教学中应用的可行性。运用 T 检验对实验前后所获得的数据
进行处理和分析。
研究结果如下:
1,本文在绩效管理理论基础上结合术科教学的特点构建教学绩效管理模式和实施
流程。
2,通过两轮教学实验验证了绩效管理模式应用的可行性,它有助于学生主动性的
发挥,提高了学生运动技能的学习质量。
3,绩效管理模式有利于组织目标和学生的个人目标达成一致,使学生在学习的过
程中能够加强练习,在完成自己的短期目标的同时完成长远目标;同时,有利于教师对
教学过程进行合理地控制,能有效地完成教学任务。
4,绩效管理模式采用过程性评价与终结性评价相结合,师评、自评、他评相结合
的评价体系,能充分激发学生的积极性。
5,在术科教学中采用绩效管理模式更能体现教师为主导,学生为主体的作用,能
创造融洽、和谐的课堂教学气氛,提高学生的学习兴趣。

ABSTRACT
The putting forward of people-oriented education not only needs the necessity of logic but also needs
the necessity of history in helicoid rise. The education thought plays an important role in the reform of
teaching in our country. How to achieve people-oriented on the processing of skill teaching is the most
concerned problems at present teaching. Performance management is a more popular management mode in
the modern enterprise, and its core idea is people-oriented. What is more , the supreme state of the
performance management lies in creating anizational atmosphere that promotes people learning and
positive development. Therefore, in order to improve teaching effects we apply the performance
management to the skill teaching in this paper.
This paperr firstly uses the method of documentation and logical analysis to analyse performance
management theory systematically, then sets teaching performance management mode;Secondly, the
paper verifies the feasibility of application of performance management model through practical teaching.
To processing and analysis the experiment data through the T test.
The results show that:
1. In the research of this paper, we make systematic a
