Liaoning Jinzhou 121000) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of high frequency bined with mammography in diagnosis of early breast cancer. 【Methods】 Sixty-nine cases with early breast cancer and 32 cases with benign lesions were examined by high frequency bined with mammography before operation. Diagnosis was made in every case and c ompared with the pathological results. 【Results】 The coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound diagnosis in early breast cancer was 84%, whereas that of mammography was 86%. It was improved to 96% when ultrasound was used bination with mammography. 【Conclusion】 Combined application of high frequency ultrasound with mammography can raise the coincidence rate of diagnosis for early breast cancer.
