基于城乡互动的抚宁县县域经济发展研究
摘要
城乡良性互动共同发展和城乡一体化,是当前区域经济发展中值得研究的一个重大现
实课题。县域经济是和速度在很大程度上直接决定
着整个,也决定着全面建设小康社会的目标能否实现。从一定意义上
说,县域经济的发展过程就是城乡互动的过程,就是城乡经济统筹发展的过程。
本文从城乡互动的角度出发,以最终统一于城乡一体化为目标,对抚宁县和秦皇岛市
的经济发展现状进行分析和研究。首先,在传统理论的基础上构建城乡一体化评价指标体
系,根据该指标体系对抚宁县和秦皇岛市的一体化现状进行定量分析;然后从经济联系强
度的角度出发,引入分形理论对抚宁县与秦皇岛市区及其周边县的空间结构进行研究,计
算该区域内区县间的经济联系强度。通过以上实证分析得出,在秦皇岛市各县中,抚宁县
与秦皇岛市的经济联系最为密切。最后,结合国内外城乡一体化的经验探索了秦皇岛市与
抚宁县一体化发展的合作模式,并对抚宁县县域经济的发展进行初步探讨,以保证抚宁县
在秦抚一体化进程中实现跨越发展。

ON URBAN-RURAL INTERACTION
ABSTRACT
Urban-rural interaction and urban-rural integration are a major practical question, which is
worth studying in the current regional economic development to be studied. County economy is
an ponent of the national economy,its level of development and development speed
are deciding directly the level of development of the whole national economy to a large extent,
are also deciding whether the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way can be
realized. In a sense, the county economic' s development process is the process of urban-rural
interaction, as well as the process of coordinating development of urban-rural economic.
This paper analyses and researches the economic development of the present situation of
Qinhuangdao City and Funing County from the perspective of urban-rural interaction, taking
eventual reunification on the urban-rural integration as the goal. First, this article builds the
evaluation index system of urban-rural integration based on the traditional theory, and
quantitatively analyses the integration status of Qinhuangdao City and Funing County according
to the indicator system; then, it introduces fractal theory to study the spatial structure between
Funing County and Qinhuangdao City,
