摘要:菲是由三个苯环连接而成的芳烃类化合物,是环境中重要的有机污染物之一,由于其
结构中存在高电子密度的 9,10 双键及与致癌性相关的 K 区和湾区,受到国内外学者的广泛
关注。目前,菲对水生生物的毒性研究已取得了可喜成果,但对其致毒机理方面的研究尚不
足。本文以菲对生物的毒性为主要线索,综述了目前菲对水生生物抗氧化系统、生长、发育、
生殖和遗传变异等方面的研究成果,为以后研究菲污染、菲对生物致毒机理,以及多环芳烃
污染等方面的研究提供理论参考。

Abstract: Phenanthrene is one of the most important anic pollutants with three fused
benzene rings. It has received increasingly widespread attention of domestic and foreign Scholars
because of its high-density 9, 10 double bonds and its structure of K-region and Bay-region related
carcinogenicity. Presently, research on the toxicity of phenanthrene to anisms has achieved
gratifying discoveries. However, few studies have investigated the toxic mechanism of phenanthrene.
Focusing on the toxicity of phenanthrene to anisms, this paper summarized the current
research advances on phenanthrene in different aspects including: anti-oxidation system, growth,
development, reproduction and the ic variation anism. The purpose is to provide a
theoretical reference to further research on contamination of mechanism, as well as research on
