谷氨酸高产菌株的诱变选育研究#

摘要:本文对多株产谷氨酸菌株进行紫外诱变、硫酸二乙酯诱变筛选研究,建立产谷氨酸菌
株的最佳诱变方法:紫外诱变时间 30s,致死率为 77%;硫酸二乙酯诱变时间 20min,致死
率为 79%。综合紫外与 DES 两种诱变方法对比来看,DES 诱变较紫外诱变更方便且效应也
较好,且筛选出产谷氨酸菌株 T3-1 的产酸含量高达 ,转化率为 %。

Abstract:
In this paper ,glutamic acid producing strain were studied by UV irradiation,Diethyl
sulfate UV-DES mutation screening .The optimum mutation method for glutamic acid producting
strain was established: UV mutagenesis of 30s ,mortality 77% ;DES mutation of 20 min ,mortality

79% .Two kinds of uv and DES mutagenesis method by contrast, DES mutagenesis is more
convenient than ultraviolet mutagenesis, the mutant glutamic acid producing strain T3-1 yield up
to ,the conversion of %.
