%阿维菌素乳油在柑桔和土壤中的残留动态∗

摘要: 采用田间试验方法,研究了阿维菌素在柑桔和土壤中的残留消解动态,应用高效液相色谱法测定了阿维菌素
在柑桔和土壤中的残留量。结果表明,阿维菌素在 ~ mg·L-1 范围内呈良好的线性关系,在柑桔全果、桔皮、
桔肉和土壤中的添加回收率分别为 %~%、%~%、%~%、%~%,阿维菌素的
最小检出量为 ×10-10g,在柑桔和土壤中的最低检测浓度分别为 mg·kg-1, mg·kg-1,符合阿维菌素残
留的检测要求。阿维菌素在柑桔和土壤中的半衰期分别为 ~、~ d, %阿维菌素乳油兑水稀释 1 500
倍(有效成分为 g·hm-2),使用 3 次,末次施药 30 d 后,收获的柑桔果皮和果肉及土壤中阿维菌素的残留量,
结果均低于 MRL 值。

Residue Dynamic Study of %Avermectin in Citrus and Soil

Abstract: A field experiment was conducted to reveal the residue dynamics and residues of Avermectin in citrus and soil. The
residue content and degradation dynamics of Avermectin in citrus and soil were studied by High Performance Liquid
Chromatography (HPLC) method. Avermectin showed good linear regression in the range of ~ mg·L-1 in sample
solution. The established quantitative determination method is available with %~% average recoveries of Avermectin
residue in citrus, %~%in citrus peer, %~%in citrus flesh and %~% in soil, ×10-10g LOD
and mg·kg-1LOQ in citrus, mg·kg-
