招商银行银川分行竞争战略分析研究.pdf

摘要股份制商业银行是我国金融体制改革的产物。经过20 年的发展壮大,已经成为我国金融体系的重要组成部分。招商银行作为股份制商业银行中一家具有代表性的银行,在 2010 年8 月份开始入住银川,必然会导致股份制商业银行与金融同业之间的竞争日趋激烈,而金融监管的规范化也给股份制商业银行的经营管理带来了新的挑战。招商银行银川分行作为一家新入驻的股份制商业银行,必须积极行动起来,采取切实有效的战略来推动更快的进步和更大的发展。本文以招商银行银川分行的竞争战略作为问题分析的基本内容。本文分为五大部分,即绪论、相关理论及分析工具概述、招商银行银川分行内外部环境分析、招商银行银川分行所处环境swot分析、招商银行竞争战略选择。在绪论部分包含选题的背景及意义,国内外关于竞争战略的研究现状,以及研究的方法和思路;在相关理论及分析工具概述部分,分别阐述了竞争战略的基本内容以及PEST 分析工具、波特五力模型、SWOT 分析;在招商银行银川分行内外部环境分析部分,从宏观环境以及行业环境分析了外部环境,从员工、管理及产品方面分析了招商银行银川分行内部的环境;在招商银行银川分行所处环境SWOT 分析部分,分析了招商银行银川分行的优势、劣势、机会、威胁;在招商银行竞争战略选择部分,分析了招行应该选择的竞争战略,最后对招商银行银川分行需要采取的竞争战略提出合理化的措施。通过对以上各部分内容的分析和论述,本文的最终结论为:在现阶段,招商银行银川分行必须采用差异化的基本竞争战略,才能在日趋激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势;同时,为使其能够保持长期的竞争优势,要重视对核心能力的提升。关键词:竞争战略,SWOT分析,PEST 分析,差异化 Abstract Joint-mercial bank is a product of China's financial system.
