证券集中交易系统的研究产业经济学 2001 龚铁敏摘要证券交易是证券市场的核心环节也是证券业IT应用最早最为广泛的领域在证券市场发展的初期证券交易模式一直以营业部为中心这种分散式的模式有利于证券公司迅速开通业务吸引客户占领市场但随着证券市场不断的发展证券公司的运营管理模式也逐渐国际化规范化集约化公司的发展目标从提高收入转变为提高利润营业主体也从营业部转变为总部分散式的交易系统已经显现出了种种难以克服的局限性证券交易系统从分散走向集中也将成为证券交易模式发展的必然趋势本文共分四部分第一部分主要讲了论文的研究背景和创新点指出了整篇论文都是围绕着系统设计的四个原则即时实性可靠性扩充性和安全性第二部分首先对证券交易系统的现状和存在的问题进行了阐述然后分析了证券集中交易系统的内涵模式风险和研究意义第三部分主要分析了证券集中交易系统的需求和设计目标第四部分是本文的重点提出了具体的证券集中交易系统的设计思路在这部分涉及到了系统设计时的关键技术设计重点和集中交易系统功能设计对于集中交易系统中的关键点提出了自己的解决方法而对于系统功能模块设计则从如何规划数据和如何划分子系统两个角度予以讲解关键词证券集中交易设计原则数据规划子系统划分证券集中交易系统的研究产业经济学 2001 龚铁敏AbstractThe stock transaction is the core link of stock market and the earliest and widest scope of IT the early period of stock market, the branch is the center of stock transaction mode which is helpful for the pany to open businessdraw upy the market. But with the development of stock market, the operation management mode of pany gradually es internationalstandardintensive. Thedevelopment aim of pany changes from raising e to raising profit, the main part of operation also changes from the branch to headquarter. The scatter transaction system has shown different limitation, the stock transaction system from scattering to integrating es the trend of the stock transaction thesis has four parts. In the first part, the thesis talks about the research background and innovation. In the second part, Firstly explain the present situation and existing problems, and analyze the conceptmoderiskand the research meaning. The next partmainly analyze the demand and the design object of the stock integrate transaction system. The last part is the important part of the thesis. In this part dealing with the vital technologydesign focus and the function design of the stock integrate transaction system from how anize data and how to divide the put forward my own solving method as to the vital point of the stock integrate transaction system.
