华北电力大学硕十学位论文摘要本文以石膏旋流器为研究对象,主要利用仿真实验的方法,对旋流器的分离性能指标进行了研究。模仿火电厂石膏脱水的介质和流程,搭建了实验平台,并运用正交试验的方法科学安排实验,获取了大量相关数据。根据实验数据,首先, 分析了溢流管内径、壁厚、深入长度,底流管内径、长度,操作压力以及入口浓度单独变化时对石膏旋流器分离性能指标的影响;其次,利用MATLAB软件对综合因素变化时的数据进行了回归分析,得出了生产能力、分流比、分离效率、折算分离效率及分离粒度等指标的表达式;然后,根据得到的模型分析了影响各分离指标的因素,并且与单因素分析的结果一致,明确了因果关系。在指标优化方面,结合石膏旋流器的相关知识、理论,重点针对底流浓度的调节和减少短路流进行了探讨。通过改变溢流管及底流管的尺寸和比例,可以使底流浓度控制在理想范围;并设计了具有新型溢流管和柱段结构的旋流器,达到了减少短路流流量的目的,从而改善了旋流器性能。综合研究所得的成果,提出了新型石膏旋流器模型,并利用数值模拟和仿真实验两种方法,对原始旋流器模型和改进后的模型进行了内部流场和分离性能方面的比较,在主要指标上,新型旋流器要好于原始结构,初步确认了优化方案的可行性。关键词:石膏旋流器;性能指标;短路流:结构优化华北电力大学硕十学位论文 AbstraCt Taking gypsum hydrocyclone as research object, the anicle studies the perfbfmance indicators ofhydrocyclone by using simulation experiment method.
