北京交通大学专业硕士学位论文中文摘要中文摘要摘要:武器装备,是部队战斗力的重要组成部分,是维护国家安全和社会稳定,保卫国家领土完整和主权不容侵犯的重要物质基础。搞好武器装备仓库的管理,是部队工作的重要任务,对于深入贯彻新时期军事战略方针,做好军事斗争准备,推进中国特色军事变革,提高部队战斗力,具有重要意义。随着全军指挥自动化信息网络的建成,各级指挥机关也相继建成了各自的局域网,传统的纸页式、抄送式、传阅式的办公模式正在逐渐被取代,资源共享逐步实现,机关办公效率大大增强。但是在武器装备库的管理方面,还没能实现能够利用网络系统实行自动化管理。各单位管理方法与模式纷繁复杂,没有一套规范的制式的管理系统,造成了资源浪费,办公效率低下,已不能适应未来信息化战争和执行特殊任务的需要,使信息化时代的网络未能有效地发挥效能。拟开发的《武器装备库管理系统》力求从以下几个方面解决问题:一是对武器装备库房日常管理工作进行科学规范,利用统一的制式的登记报表,达到科学管理的目的;二是对武器装备库房管理各类人员进行科学配置,实现远程办公, 提高管理工作的时效性;。关键词:武器库;网络管理;信息系统。分类号;. 北京交通大学专业硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABS’I’RACr.
