Research on Functional Planning and Layoutof Railway Logistics Center in Inland-port A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Liu Yuzhe Supervisor:Prof. Dong Qianli Chang’an University,Xi’an,China i 摘要铁路运输作为五大运输方式之一,在我国发挥着骨干运输作用,但是铁路运输尚不能很好的融入综合物流体系中。面对全球经济一体化发展和市场环境的变化,调整铁路货运发展方向,释放铁路运输对于物流业推动的巨大潜能,改革铁路货运组织模式,大力发展公铁联运和综合物流服务,已经成为铁路货运站适应新时代经济发展的必然选择。基于以上背景,本文回顾了物流业的发展历程及相关理论,明确了物流业在我国发展的现状,阐明了铁路物流对于陆港的发展以及物流业水平的提升都有重要作用;通过分析我国近10年物流发展的趋势和特点,同时结合经济发展情况,得出了未来经济发展对于物流的需求旺盛,要迎合经济的发展就需要从物流结构方面进行调整;根据陆港发展的需要和铁路运输的技术经济特征,从铁路物流中心前期规划入手,针对铁路物流中心的功能需求,提出了功能定位和具体的功能设计;采用系统布置规划(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)进行建模,从理论角度调整铁路物流中心的平面布局,用Matlab 软件实现遗传算法求解,优化功能区布局,并给出了一般的评价方法。最后,以西安某铁路物流中心的规划为例,运用本文提出的研究方法进行了验证分析,优化了铁路物流中心的规划方案,证明了方法的实用性。关键词:陆港,铁路运输,公铁联运,SLP ii Abstract As one of the five major modes of transportation, railwaytransportationplays a backbone role in our country, but it is still not well integrated into the integrated logistics system. With the development of global economic integrationandthe change of market environment, it has e aninevitably choiceof railway freight stationto adjust the freight development direction of railway,to release the tremendous potential of railway promotion for logistics industry,to reform anization mode of railway freightand to develop road-railtransportation and integrated logistics services vigorously, which is adaptedto the development of new era economy. Basedon the above background, this paper reviewedthe development of logistics industry and related theory.
