摘要
当代大众文化已经深入社会生活的各个层面,成为人们日常生活的一部分。大众
文化在社会生活中的主要传播介质是大众传媒。如何理解和看待大众传媒在社会生活
中的作用本质上根源于社会对于大众文化的看法与态度。早在二十世纪初,大众文化
的产生就已经成为社会生活的热点现象,也成为学术界最关注的领域之一。人们对于
大众文化的态度经历了从排斥到接受的漫长历程,并在此基础上产生了精英主义与民
粹主义两种对大众文化的解读方式。出于对大众觉醒的恐慌,对精英文化的怀念,对
以大众媒介为代表的传媒承载的大众文化的鄙视,早期的资产阶级学者确立了以媒介
素养教育对抗大众文化的策略。随着大众文化的发展,民粹主义的出现,社会对大众
媒介及大众文化的态度逐步得到了扭转,传统的媒介素养的内涵大大增加,成为延伸
人类听说读写能力,获取、分析、评价、传播信息的全新概念。狭隘的媒介素养教育
也脱离了以往的保守立场,由甄别范式向分析范式、再现范式过渡,成为一个具有立
体化,多层次目标的意蕴丰富的全新概念。与先进发达低下,媒介素养教育缺失。导致这种状况的原因有我的落后,
历史文化传统、媒介教育实践的落后。媒介素质教育在我国当代青少年知识体系中占
有重要地位,它是传承和弘扬文化传统、知识经济迅速发展、政治生活民主化、舆论
多样化、现代公民素质提高、高质量生活品味的要求。提高我国青少年媒介素养的策
略重点在两个方面:专业教育中的媒介素养培养和非专业教育中的媒介素养培养。

Abstract
Abstract
The popular culture has had a profound influence on different levels of social life and
turned out to be an indispensable part of our daily life. Mass media is the main
communication medium by which popular culture municated. Essentially, how to
comprehend the functions of mass media in social life relies on the attitudes of the public
towards to the mass culture. During the early years in the 20th century the generation of
mass-culture had e a hot phenomenon in social life, and mass culture has been one
of the fields to which the academic circle attended. It e a long way since the
attitudes towards mass culture changed from rejection to acceptance. In the process of
attitudes’ transition two different modes of interpreting mass culture came into being, .,
interpretation of elitism and interpretation of populism. The early bourgeois scholars, being
afraid of increasingly awakening of mon people, missing elite culture and
disdaining the popular culture carried by mass media, adopted the tactics of media literacy
education to confront with popular culture. With the development of mass culture and with
