自来水厂滤池自动化控制系统的研究与实现 Research and Implementation of the Filter Automation Control System in the Waterworks 作者姓名吴世祥__________ 学位类型工程硕士________ 专业领域计算机技术________ 研究方向计算机应用________ 导师及职称黎杰副教授朱波高级工程师_ 2013年11月自来水厂滤池自动化控制系统的研究与实现摘要随着气候和环境的变化,以及人类生产活动,生产自来水的水源普遍受到不同程度污染;2012年7月1日,国家新版《生活饮用水卫生标准》在全国的全面强制实施,生产更加优质、更加安全卫生的自来水是各个水厂亟需解决的技术难题。在自来水厂的生产工艺中,净水过滤工艺是自来水净化处理过程中最重要的生产环节之一,其处理的效果将最终决定出厂水的质,因此自来水厂滤池的过滤工艺和自动控制系统对能否生产出合格的、安全卫生的自来水是致关得重要的。本文从实际出发,结合两种不同滤池的实际生产处理过程,参照目前自来水厂过滤工艺的研究现状和发展方向,研究和分析了滤池自动过滤过程和自动反冲过程的难点和要点;设计完成滤池自动化过滤和自动化反冲控制系统,实现了滤池的滤速控制和节能反冲。经过水厂的实际应用,系统操作方便,运行稳定,达到了降低自来水厂出厂水浊度要求,同时在控制系统中优化滤池反冲洗流程,减少了反冲洗次数,实现了自来水厂净水过滤工艺过程中节能降耗的目标。关键词:自动控制;自动化过滤;自动化反冲;优化控制 Research and Implementation of the Filter Automation Control System in the Waterworks Abstract Wit h the change of climate and environment as well as the human production activit ies, water source used to produce tap water is generally polluted in different degrees. On July 1, 2012, the country's new version " Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water " was Implemented comprehensively wit h enforcement in the nat ion, Therefore, it is a technical problem to solve for waterworks in order to produce more high-quality, safer tap water. Among t he production process of waterworks, the water purificat ion technology is one of the most important production links in t he water purificat ion treatment. Since treatment effects determine the qualit y of water produced by the waterworks, therefore, it is very important whether filtrat ion technology of the filter and the automat ion control system in the waterworks can produce qualified, safe and healthy tap water or not.
