摘要
在市场经济条件下,企业作为市场竞争的主体,面临着各种风险。如何加强风险管理,已成为现代企业管理的一项十分重要的内容。财务风险是财务成果和财务状况的风险,是企业风险的一个重要组成部分。企业在追求利润的同时不可避免的承担着财务风险。企业财务风险的大小直接影响企业的生存和发展,进而影响社会经济发展和稳定。因此,加强企业财务风险管理具有极为重的现实意义。本文通过对财务风险的分类及成因进行分析,结合企业财务风险的特点,比较各种财务风险的测度方法,对财务风险进行综合测度分析,旨在增强企业抵御风险和防范风险的能力,提高企业的风险报酬,避免财务危机,增强企业的市场竞争力。

Abstract
Under the conditions of market economy, enterprises as the main body of petition, face a variety of risks. How to strengthen risk management has e a very important element of modern business management. Financial risk is the risk of financial results and the financial situation is an important part of enterprise risk. Enterprise in the pursuit of profit at the same time will inevitably bear the financial risk. The size of financial risks in enterprises directly affects the survival and development of enterprises, thereby affecting social and economic development and stability. Therefore, strengthening the enterprise's financial risk management has great practical significance. This article on classification and ic analysis of financial risk, combined with the characteristics of enterprise financial risk, financial risk measurement method paring, on prehensive measure of financial risk analysis, aimed at increasing the ability of enterprise risk and risk precaution and improve enterprise risk return to avoid financial crises, and enhance petitiveness.
