摘要
随着我国高等教育改革,高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校毕业生急剧膨胀,高校毕
业生就业难的问题日益突现。
高校毕业生就业市场存在明显的信息不对称,是一个广阔且发育较成熟的市场,这
个市场为了迎合毕业生和用人单位获取充分信息的需要,通常要制定各种政策、规章并
通过提高交易成本来减少和消除彼此的信息不对称。
博弈论是研究决策主体的行为发生直接相互作用时候的决策以及这种决策的均衡
问题,也就是说,当一个主体,比如说一个人或一个企业的选择受到其他人、其他企业
选择的影响,而且反过来影响到其他人、其他企业选择的决策问题和均衡问题,这里的
主体可以是一个人或者一个企业,也可以是一个机构或者群体,如本研究报告涉及到的
高校毕业生、用人单位。
根据博弈论中局中人的概念,即博弈过程中能够独立决策、独立承担责任的个人或
者组织,设在高校毕业生就业市场博弈中,有两个局中人:高校毕业生和用人单位。本
报告在研究中将用不完全信息动态博弈中的信号传递博弈来分析高校毕业生与用人单
位之间的博弈。

Abstract
As China's reform of higher education, college enrollment continues to expand; the rapid
