比索洛尔干预高血压慢性心力衰竭

摘要:目的

观察比索洛尔对老年高血压慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者左心室重构的影响。方法

选择老年高血压舒
张功能不全患者98例,随机分为干预组(~10 mg/d)53例和对照组45例,随访6个月。采用常
规超声心动图和Tei指数检查,并进行比较分析。结果
干预组治疗后左心室舒张末内径、室间隔厚度、左心室后
壁厚度较治疗前明显降低(P<),且优于对照组(P<);干预组治疗后左心室等容松弛减慢指标、左心室
早期充盈减慢指标优于治疗前(P<),并优于对照组(P<);干预组左心室Tei指数较治疗前显著改变
(P<),且优于对照组(P<)。结论比索洛尔对老年高血压慢性心衰及心室重构有明显疗效、安全性好。
Tei指数对综合评价心脏整体功能比常规超声心动图可能更敏感、更加合理。
