This paper firstanalyze thepacket-based multi—munication protocol--1TU-T ,which ineulde theconstruction ofvideo conferencing system within work,main protocols andprocedures ,thepaper provide thedesign scheme ofcentralized video conference system,and in打oduee theopetth323 protocol stack,which support protocal theanalysis and research of core technique oftheopen SOUt'Ce code in thisprotocol stack,make out the source code realization of info munication inthecentralized video conference system. The paper finallydesign and realize two key skillsofconcentrated video conferencing system,which include chairman control mechanism and firewall traversing controlmechanism enable system tocontrol theprocedure ofvideo conference remotely,and achieve thepurpose ofrealconference Firewall traveling skillcan break through thelimitof LAN,and enable system toapply inWAN.
