复方黄柏液治疗头部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效观察.pfg.pdf

盛塑!垦垫奎堂堡主兰垡笙奎⑧中文摘要 1嗍咄目的:通过临床疗效观察,客观评价中成药复方黄柏液治疗头部脂溢性皮炎(湿热内盛证)的疗效及安全性,为临床治疗脂溢性皮炎提供一种新的思路及更方便、有效的中医药治疗方案。方法:选择成都中医药大学附属医院皮肤科门诊符合头部脂溢性皮炎诊断标准(湿热内盛证)的1 8~65岁的患者1 00例为研究对象, 随机分为两组,各50例患者,一组纳入复方黄柏液治疗组;一组纳入对照组,给予希尔生(%二硫化硒洗剂)治疗,连续用药4周后。观察疗效,通过对比治疗前后临床症状及体征积分,经SPSSl ,作出疗效判定。结果:临床观察显示,%,%,两组治疗前后临床症状及体征评分均有明显改善, 治疗组总有效率与对照组总有效率无明显差异(P>)。治疗组在控制病情复发方面优于对照组(P<)。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应导致患者退出试验。结论:复方黄柏液是治疗头部脂溢性皮炎(湿热内盛证)的有效成药,通过对病例的观察及分析数据可知,复方黄柏液可显著改善患者的临床症状,无明显不良反应。其疗效与希尔生(%--硫化硒洗剂) 相当(P>),在控制病情复发方面优于希尔生(P<)。关键词:复方黄柏液头部脂溢性皮炎湿热内盛证临床研究 Abstract Objective:To evaluate thetreatment effectof“Fufang Huangbai Ye”in treating the seborrheric dermatitis on scalp,which belongs tothe pattem of moist-heat being excessive in the interior in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),through observing clinicaleffects。For the clinicaltreatment of seborrheic dermatitisprovides a more convenient and effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Metheods:We divided 00 cases intotwo groups atrandom according tothe different treatment cases inthe cure group,treated by “Fufang Huangbai Yb”.50 cases inthe control with“Selenium Sulfide”.To evaluate the treatment effect paring clinncal symptoms scores 4 weeks later,and analyze with the software of SPSS windows. Results:Clinical observation show thatthetotaIeffective rateoftreatment group was %while that ofcontroIgroup was %.There was no significant difference between twogroups(P>)f内m thetotaleffective rata.
