海南大学课程论文(设计) 课程名称: 数据分析课程设计题目: 食品质量安全的抽检问题姓名: 学号: 年级: 2010 级专业: 数学与应用数学完成日期: 2013 年5月 24日数据分析课程设计 I 摘要本文根据提出的三个问题, 收集有关食品安全抽检的数据,使用 MATLAB 工具进行趋势描绘, 从影响食品安全的因素和食品监管费用两个主要方面出发, 分别通过对这两方面的深入研究, 从而制定有关改善食品质量及安全抽检的方案,最后在综合考虑这两个主要因素, 进一步深入并细化,从而求得最优解。根据提出的三个问题,建立相应的数学模型,利用 MATLAB 软件进行求解, 对食品质量进行评价和找出影响因素的规律以及合理抽检方法。问题 1 中,对深圳市 2012 年各期食品食品添加剂、微生物、重金属含量等安全情况的变化趋势做出评价,首先对数据进行处理,得出食品添加剂、微生物、重金属含量超标占不合格样品的比重, 然后用 MATLAB 软件绘制其曲线图,根据图形分析其变化趋势。问题 2中, 本文只考虑食品质量与季节之间的变化规律, 根据所给的数据, 整理出 2012 年各个月份的食品不合格率, 应用回归分析, 并用 MATLAB 软件进行数据拟合,更直观的展现变量之间的关系。问题 3中, 考虑到监管成本, 对系统抽样选出的批次食品进行了随机的几项检验项目的检验, 得到合理的抽检方法, 很好的减少抽检的次数,从而降低抽检的成本。关键词: 食品安全抽检回归分析拟合 MATLAB 数据分析课程设计 II Abstrart According to zhe questions,collect data about the foodsafety inspection,starting from the two main aspects of the influence factors of food security and food supervision fees,respectively,through in-depth study of these two aspects,so as to formulate relevant sampling scheme to improve food quality and safety,inconsideration of the two main factors,further and detailed,as to abtain the optimal solution. According to the three questions,the corresponding mathematical model is established,using MATLAB software salution,for food quality evaluation and to find out the influencing factors of the reasonable sampling method. Qvaluation,change trend of safety in Shenzhen city in2012 the food and food additives,anism,heavy metal content of the evaluation,the data processing,the food additives,heavy metal content exceed the standard for anisms,unqualified sample proportion,and then draw the cuive diagram by MATLAB software,according to the analusis of the trend graph. Question 2,this paper only consider the change rule between the food quality and seasonal,according to piled in 2012,the rate of unqualified food,using regression analysis,MATLAB software was used for data fitting,more intuitive to show the relationships between variables.
