After the2 stcentury,our country enter theaging society,the challenges thatchina facing ismore severe thandeveloped around theworld have surged the intention guardianship system under the guidance of the conception of self-determination right and normalization ,our law isstillblank in allfactors intoconsideration,I start with implication oftheadult guardianship system,Then focuses on the reference system thatwe can learn from other ,I analyze the necessity and feasibility ofthe reform after introducing the current ,Iput forward several suggestions ofthesystem.
