公路生态环境保护规划设计研究摘要随着经济的发展,公路建设的日益加快, 公路建设带来的环境问题逐渐引起了人们的关注,解决公路的环境问题是公路建设的当务之急。论文从公路与环境的相互关系出发,分析了公路环境影响的特点,以可持续发展和生态学理论为基础,界定了生态公路的概念与特征,并从公路实体设计的微观层次上提出了生态公路设计的步骤和框架。在公路设计中以生态化设计为目标,对公路线形设计进行论述和对典型方案进行比较分析,建立了多目标比选模型对公路设计方案进行优选,根据环境影响后果确定环境影响因子的权重,突出了不同方案环境影响的差别。并对济南至莱芜高速公路中宅科特大桥至彩石互通段设计方案进行比选,此外,还分析了公路环境的补偿设计,从声环境设计、边坡防护设计、绿化设计等方面分析了生态公路环境设计,以进一步减少公路建设对环境的影响。关键词: 生态公路;生态设计;多目标优选模型;环境补偿设计 Planning and Design Research of The Protection of Highway Ecological Environment Abstract With the development of economy ,highway is increasingly constructed. The environment problems of highway construction are gradually to be paid attention to by people, settling environment problems is the urgent affairs to highway construction. Firstly, according to the corre lation of highway and environment, this article analyzes the characteristic of envir onment impact of highway .on the base of the sustainable development and ecology, this article define s the concept and characteristics of the ecological road, pr opose the process and frame in ecological highway design. With the goal of the ecological highway design, discussed the alignment Design pare typical prog ram, established a Model of multiple objective decision to get a optimization design. The means of determining the weight of environment impact according to impact cons equence, this means give prominence environment impact to differ ent schemes .this method is applied to scheme decision in Zhaikete-Caishi of Ji ,nan-Laiwu expressway. Besides, the article analyzes pensa tion design, discuss highway environment design, such as sound environmental desi gn, side slop protection design, animal passage design, planting design and so o n, In order to reduce highway environment impact further.
