摘要

由于变速器构造复杂,可能失效的零部件较多,诱导零部件的失效机理也多变。
结合某变速器有限公司的实际,经对变速器失效系统归纳,绘制变速器的失效树。
对于变速器的齿轮和同步器做重点失效分析,通过宏观观察,符合度测量,微观分
析,断口分析等失效分析的方法,查明其失效机理,并提出解决措施。
