〔Abstract 〕 Objective To investigate the effects and safety of Xinbei- indobufen in patients with acute ischemic stroke 170 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into experiment group (n=82> and control group (n=88>.Thepatientsin experiment group were given anti-platelet indobufen (200mg,bid> and others in control group weregiven aspirin (100mg,qd> for 6 weeks.
