江苏大学毕业论文谈车间 5S 现场管理摘要 5S 是公司车间现场管理的利器之一,本论文是运用 5S 理论对车间进行优化, 使原来员工仪容不整,生产车间脏、乱,物品随意摆放等现状变的整洁有序,环境优美, 达到公司内部管理规范化,公司形象和素质提高,减少浪费,降低成本,提高效益以及产品的质量和安全系数,保障安全生产的目的。本文的目的就是揭示出企业的现场管理对企业的生存和发展的重要性, 使我国众多企业认识到这一点,努力提高自身现场管理水平,早日成为具有的优秀企业。通过对生产线的现场管理研究,一系列对应于目视管理、定置管理以及 55 管理的措施,使得现场环境得到了规范化、标准化,员工的素质得到了提升,生产线的效率得到了提高。关键词: 5S 管理,现场管理,现场优化江苏大学毕业论文 Abstract 5S is one of the site management of workshop tool, this thesis is the applicat ion of the workshop for optimization of 5S theory, the original staff and dishev eled, dirty,chaotic production workshop, items randomly placed in the neat an d orderly, beautiful environment, to regulate the internal management of the co mpany, pany image and improve the quality, reduce waste, to reduce c osts, improve efficiency and quality of the product and factor of safety, to ensu re safe production purpose.
