中学生心理求助意愿与学校心理关怀系统构建的研究

摘要
心理求助是指个体对自我心理处境具有良好认知的前提下,在遇到心理方面的困难
时,自主寻求外在社会资源、解决心理困扰、促进自我心理成长的行为。本研究在参照前人
研究基础之上,自编一套心理求助意愿问卷,以南京和常州地区两所中学学生为主要研究对
象,集中探讨了中学生心理健康与心理求助意愿的关系、经过若干辅导后学生心理求助意愿
的效果差异、以及如何构建学校心理关怀系统等问题。
研究结果表明:
(1)学生心理健康水平在性别、是否住校生两个人口统计学变量上呈显著性的差异;
心理求助意愿则在性别、是否独生子女和家庭所在地上存在显著性的差异;
(2)总的来说,心理健康水平和心理求助意愿的相关呈显著性水平,心理求助意愿越
高,个体的心理健康水平也越高;
(3)经过中期的心理辅导,实验组学生的心理健康水平和心理求助意愿得到了显著性
提高。而与此同时,对照组学生的心理健康水平和心理求助意愿则未见前后测的差异。

Abstract

Abstract
Psychological Help-Seeking refers to when encountering the difficulties
adout psychology, individuals search for external social resources actively,
deal with psychological puzzles and promote the growing of self-mentality, in
the premise of sound cognition of self-mentation. On the basis of pre-research,
pile a series of questionnaires about the willing of psychological
Help-Seeking against two middle schools students in the areas of Nanjing
and Changzhou. This article intensely investigates the relationship of mental
health and the willing of psychological Help-Seeking of students, the
discrepancy of results about the willing of psychological Help-Seeking of
students after a set of trainings, and how to establish the system of middle
school mental care, etc..
The results indicate:
(1) MHT demonstrates significant differences in gender, students in
school and day students in the variate of demography. The questionnaires
about the willing of psychological Help-Seeking manifests significant
differences in gender, only child or not and the location of household.
(2) Generally speaking,The correlation of the level of mental health and
mental help-seeking presents notable differences: the stronger of the willing of
psychological Help-Seeking, the sounder of the mentality.
