从业人员健康管理制度
为创造良好的公共卫生条件， 预防疾病的发生，保障顾客
和员工的身体健康，特制定本管理制度。
一、 员工的健康检查
1、 所有直接为顾客服务的工作人员，取得健康证明后， 方可上岗。
2、 凡患有伤寒、细菌性痢疾、病毒性肝炎、活性肺结 核、化脓性或渗出皮肤病或其它有碍卫生健康疾病的工作人 员，必须调离直接为顾客服务的工作岗位，员工如患有或发 现患这类疾病的必须及时向分管经理报告。
二、 健康档案的建立与保存：
1、所有直接为顾客服务的工作人员，个人的健康证明 材料按部门进行分类存放。
2、按《员工健康状况一览表》，详细填写员工的健康状况， 对患有碍卫生健康疾病或伤患的员工，必须及时调离并做好 相关记录。
