员中出现锐器损伤的共34例，%。结 论 该院血透室医护人员在进行治疗护理工作时锐器损伤发 生率较高，有必要强化血透室医护人员职业安全教育，规范 医护人员操作流程，锐器损伤后实施规范处理流程，保证血 透室医护人员的健康安全。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the situation of sharp injury among medical workers in Hemodialysis room and summarize effective prevention measures・ Methods 56 medical workers were investigated for the self-protection and occupational exposure of sharp injury occurred from March, 2012 to November, 2012 through retrospective survey. ResuIts All the medical workers in Hemodialysis room investigated had attended training of knowledge about self-protection and occupational exposure・ There were 34 medical workers suffered from sharp injury and the incidence rate was 60. 71%. Conclusion For medical workers the incidence rate of sharp injury happened was so high that it is necessary to strengthen professional safety education for medic workers. All medic workers s
