摘 要
随着生活水平的提高，人们对居住环境的舒适性、安全性的要求不断提高。家庭自动化、智能化已经成为自动化领域的一个发展热点。家庭智能化系统通常具有的功能包括家庭安防、家电远程控制、信息服务、楼字对讲、数据采集等。家电远程控制系统不仅可以提前打开电饭煲，节省用户宝贵的时间，而且可以增加自动报警功能，达到智能防范的作用。
本文介绍了一种以单片机AT89C51,双音多频解码集成电路MT8870和语音芯片ISD2560为核心，通过电话线路对被控对象进行遥控的远程控制器的设计方案。该电话远程控制系统不需要进行专门的布线，不占用无线电频率资源，避免电磁污染。本文给出了系统的设计思想、系统的工作原理与实现方法。系统操作简单、实用、功能灵活多样，能够对被遥控对象的状态进行查询以及控制，可以广泛应用于家用电器或者其它场所的各种控制设备。

ABSTRACT
Along with the exaltation of the living level，the people’s comfort and safety requests raise continuously now．The family automation and intelligence have already become a hot of the automation．The family intelligence system includes the home security and alarm，the appliance remote control， the information service，the building interphone，the data collection etc．Home appliance remote control system can not only open ahead electric cooker, saving the user’s previous time, but also can play the role of intelligence prevention if the automatic alarm function is added.
This paper introduces a design scheme of the telephone remote controller. The core of system is MCU AT89C51, dual-tone multi-frequency decoding circuit MT8870 and voice-chip ISD2560. This phone remote control system does not need to undertake special cabling so it can avoid electromagnetic pollution for it not take up radio frequency resource. The system design idea, the working theory and application ways are stated. The operations are simple and practical. It is easy to check and control the objects’ status. The controller could be widely used in household appliances and many control facilities in other locations.
