Title Willow Street Village’s village committee office building designed of the four
Abstract:
This project is Willow Street Village’s village committee office building designed of the four. In accordance to the requirement,this building, a four-story building, is made of steel and construction area of the first Floor is . The others, , are the same,and the parapet is . We need set common classrooms, multi-function big classroom, public computer room, office, conference room, faculty lounge, teacher management room, first set there and so on, and each layer set toilet, boiled water room. Fortification intensity is 7 degrees, seismic rating of 3.
This project is divided into two parts. The first part is the design of the building. The design, using Tarch and AutoCAD, includes the first floor, the standard floor, the top floor plan, the vertical plan, the sectional drawing. The second part is the design of the construction. The design, using PKPM, Structure design results including the floor, roof structure plan, frame beam-column reinforcement diagram and stair reinforcement drawing, and it's worth noting that the data of the stairs is calculated by software of the explorer.
