摘 要
本文针对生产需要玻璃管材的切割,设计了玻璃管材自动切割机。论文分析论述了国内外玻璃管材切割机的发展概况,进行切割机的结构设计、上下料机构的结构设计,并进行了主要部件的强度设计和分析。
自动切割机是现代灯管制造业中不可缺少的重要设备之一。从结构特点上来看,切割机主要由齿轮装置、凸轮装置和两个大小不同的刀具组成。用切割机切割玻璃管材时,是由电动机带动齿轮,将转速传递到小刀杆上,从而在管材内部带动玻璃管的转动。与此同时大刀片在外部夹紧并进行辅助切割,从而完成了玻璃管材的切割。小刀杆的进退是由凸轮机构和拨叉来完成的。上料机构是靠摩擦完成的。卸料机构的核心在于导轨的设计,选用丝杠螺母来控制其运动。
通过查找相关资料和进行研究掌握玻璃管材自动切割机工作原理以及设计的基本知识和方法。改进传统的切割机提高玻璃的质量,增加企业效益。
玻璃管材切割机设备简单,投资较少,适合多直径玻璃管材。

Abstract
In this paper, the need for glass tubes for the production of the cutting, the design of the glass tube cutting machine automatically. Paper discusses the analysis of the glass tube cutting machine at home and abroad of the development to carry out the structural design of cutting machine, the whole design of material structure and the strength of the main components of the design and analysis.
Cutting machine is indispensable to modern industry, one of the important equipment.
