摘 要
当今世界高新技术和新经济迅猛发展,人力资源其重要性已被提到了前所未有的高度。正确研究和制定人力资源发展对策已成为我国企业在新经济发展中能否居于主动地位的关键。随着经济全球化,企业如何在竞争中求得生存和发展,强化人力资源管理,是经营者必须深入研究的课题。
在知识经济时代,企业取得竞争优势的关键在于人的因素。对人力资源的争夺,日益成为市场竞争的焦点和核心。因此,一套科学、合理的人力资源管理体系不仅会吸引到优秀的员工,而且还能够成为企业在竞争中的不竭之泉。
