　　摘 要：本文通过对“冰雪运动在中小学校园的发展”的研究，运用文献综述法、逻辑分析法等手段，分析冰雪运动在中小学校园中的推广现状，提出推广冰雪运动在中小学校园发展的积极因素，从而引出冰雪运动在中小学校园推广办法以及中小学冰雪运动的发展意图，通过增强国家软实力、发展冰雪产业、丰富冰雪文化多样性等方面突出中小学校园冰雪运动推广与发展的重要意义，意在通过研究这一课题来推动冰雪运动进入中小学校园的速度进程，加速冰雪运动的推广与发展。

　　Abstract： Based on the research of "the development of ice-snow sports in primary and secondary school campuses"， this paper analyzes the current situation of the promotion of ice-snow sports in primary and secondary school campuses by means of literature review and logical analysis， and puts forward the positive factors of the promotion of ice-snow sports in primary and secondary school campuses， so as to lead to the promotion methods of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary school campuses and the development intention of ice-snow sports in primary and secondary schools. Through the enhancement of national soft power， the development of ice and snow industry， and the enrichment of ice and snow cultural diversity， it highlights the important significance of the promotion and development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools， aiming to promote the speed of ice and snow sports entering the primary and secondary schools through the study of this topic， and accelerate the promotion and development of ice and snow sports.

　　2015年7月31日，北京取得了2022年第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会的举办权，此后更是加大力度筹备冬奥会所需的场馆场地资源，除传统冰雪项目之外，还新增了部分小项，我国对冰雪运动重视程度可见一斑。2018年9月5日，国家体育总局公布《“带动三亿人参加冰雪运动”实施纲要（2018—2022年）》，大力推广普及群众性冰雪运动。冬奥会的申办成功，广大人民对冰雪运动的热情逐步高涨，我国北部地区冰雪运动的普及程度已经具备了一定的水平，在现有条件下，为了更好地发展冰雪运动，推动冰雪相关产业的发展，本研究提出致力于发展中小学冰雪运动教育，通过学校教育让更多青少年儿童对冰雪运动产生兴趣，从而带动冰雪产业、冰雪运动的快速发展，改善青少年身体素质水平，加强
