摘要:体育锻炼作为一种能有效增进身体健康的手段,对人们的心理健康也同样起到了良好的调与促进作用,而良好的心理健康水平又会使锻炼者更加自觉的投入到运动之中,这种积极的情绪体具有直接的心理健康的效益。心理健康是指人能从容地负担起繁重复杂的日常工作和生活,要求情稳定,有较好的自我控制情绪和排除各种干扰的能力。生理健康和心理健康是相互依存、相互影响生理健康可以促进心理健康,心理健康又能促进生理健康。随着社会的发展,心理问题日益引起人的重视,本文通过阐述体育锻炼与心理健康的互动关系,旨在引导人们进行体育锻炼的同时,更要注良好的心理素质的培养,促进身心的协调发展。
