哈尔滨l:稗大学’r商管理硕十学位论文摘要 HJ公司是一家主要从事非标准生产和机械设备调试、安装等业务的机电产品生产企业,该公司成立于1982年2月,成立初期员工不足40人。随着经济的发展,公司规模不断扩大,业务范围也发生了变化,从生产型企业转变为集研发、生产、销售于一体的机电产品企业。随着公司的发展,公司的管理体系也在不断完善。本文以HJ公司绩效管理体系为研究对象。论文的第一部分描述了HJ公司的绩效管理现状,着重分析了公司现有的绩效考核方法和绩效管理实施过程中员工以及管理人员遇到的困惑,例如:绩效考核表填写的困惑、员工对绩效考核制度的质疑、绩效管理沟通的欠缺等问题。论文第二部分通过分析目前HJ公司绩效管理诸多问题存在的原因,以关键业绩指标法为基础,综合运用多种绩效管理方法对HJ公司的绩效管理改进方案进行研究。通过对绩效计划、绩效实施与辅导、绩效考核、绩效反馈与绩效改进等主要构成要素的分析,设计出从HJ公司实际情况出发适用于该公司的绩效管理体系, 确立了HJ公司绩效管理流程,并提出了HJ公司绩效管理实施的保障。关键词:绩效管理;绩效考核;绩效指标;KPI 哈尔滨’[-?1‘’1:商管理硕十学位论文 Abstract The pany isan electromechanical products manufacturing enterprise that is engaged in non-standard production and machinery missioning was founded inFebruary 982 and the initialstaffwas lessthan 40 economic development,pany hasbeen expanding thescope ofbusiness and it hasbeenchanged from theproduction—oriented enterprise to an integrated electromechanicalenterprise including R&D,production and thedevelopment,pany’S management system isbeingperfected. This paper pany performance management system as the firstpart ofthepaper describes the statusoftheperformance management,and then emphatically analyzes current performance evaluation methods andduring theimplementation ofperformance staffandmanagers facing theconfusion,such as,the confusion offillingperformance appraisalform,staff's question ofperformance appraisal system,the second part ofthepaperanalyzes the reasons ofthe current problems andstudy theimproved schemes based on keyperformance indicators analyzing themain elements,such as theperformance plan, implementation and counseling ofperformance,performance evaluation, performance feedback and improvement,the paper design aperformance management system based on the actual last,it discusses the performance management processes andimplementation guarantees.
