I Abstract Being regarded as a non-normal employment way and channel, community employment has certain effect on releasing the tense employment pressure at present. The paper analyses the effect of the factors on the munity employment from three aspects, namely, economy, policies and concept and put forward some concerned strategies and suggestion to promote the development of munity employment by means of empirical research. Based on the results of the sampled research from Yangyuan Street in Wuhan City, the study shows munity employment posts hold certain appeal for the job applicants. The economy, policies and concept are the important factors to influence the community employment. The development degree munity economy is in the correct proportion to the development degree munity service munity employment post. The paper is divided into five parts. Chapter one illustrates the study background and put forward the shortage of the current study on the basis of the review of the literatures at home and abroad, and explains the thought and the method of the study.
