摘要
近年来,随着社会经济的发展,我国中等职业教育与高等职业教育都取得了
长足的发展。但是由于种种历史以及现实原因,我国中等职业教育与高等职业教
育的衔接与沟通并不通畅,而高等职业教育也以专科形式为主。这都在一定程度
上限制了我国职业教育事业健康、快速发展。由于我国地域辽阔,近期内在全国
建构统一的职业教育体系比较困难。因此,本论文以武汉城市圈为研究基点,试
图建构以武汉城市圈为基础的中等职业教育、高等职业教育、以及职业教育研究
生(以下简称“中-高-研”)各层次衔接贯通的现代职业教育体系。
建构基于武汉城市圈建设的“中-高-研”衔接贯通的现代职业教育体系既是
武汉城市圈社会经济发展的需要,也是适应国际教育发展趋势、优化职业教育结
构以及完善职业教育体系的需要。本论文从武汉城市圈中、高等职业教育衔接现
状出发,围绕如何建构基于武汉城市圈建设的“中-高-研”衔接贯通的现代职业
教育体系这一中心问题展开研究。
首先介绍了本论文的选题背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法以及研究内
容等,是本篇论文的研究背景,也是展开论文的基础;接着介绍了国内外职业教
育体系的经验,分别对国内外的职业教育衔接现状进行了阐述,并对其经验作一
分析,为基于武汉城市圈建设的现代职业教育体系的建构提供了理论依据;随后
介绍了武汉城市圈中、高等职业教育现状,从而为武汉城市圈现代职业教育体系
的建构提供了现实依据;接着分别就建构基于武汉城市圈建设的“中-高-研”衔
接贯通的现代职业教育体系的可行性与必要性进行了分析。最后提出了基于武汉
城市圈建设“中-高-研”衔接贯通的现代职业教育体系建构的保障体系及对策。
本论文的研究目的主要是通过对基于武汉城市圈建设的“中-高-研”衔接贯
通现代职业教育体系的研究,推动武汉城市圈职业教育健康、快速发展,为武汉
城市圈社会进步、经济发展培养更多、更好的技能型人才,并为全国建构“中-高
-研”衔接贯通的现代职业教育体系提供现实依据。

Abstract
In recent years, with the social development of economy, the secondary vocational
education and the higher vocational education of our country have made great progress.
However, due to various historical and practical reasons, the secondary vocational
education and the higher vocational education have not bined well, and the
higher vocational education mainly exists in junior college school. All of these affected
the health and rapid development of vocational education in our country. It will be
difficult to construct a uniform vocational education system across the country recently
because of the extensive territory. Therefore, this paper posed on the base of
Wuhan city circle and try to construct the modern vocational education system which
combine the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education and
the postgraduate vocational education in Wuhan city circle.
