血液透析及血液透析滤过对慢性肾衰竭患者贫血的影响 [摘要] 目的 在慢性肾衰竭合并贫血患者治疗过程中应用血液透析以及血液透析滤过，探析对患者贫血的影响。方法 利用自愿参与原则自该院2015年8月―2016年8月期间所收治的慢性肾衰竭合并贫血患者中方便选取56例参与该次探究，给予所有患者促红细胞生成素、叶酸以及铁剂治疗。根据透析方式不同将所有患者分为研究组和参照组，每组患者例数均为28例。在参照组患者治疗过程中应用血液透析，在研究组患者治疗过程中应用血液透析滤过，对比观察2组患者治疗前后的Hb（血红蛋白）、HCT（红细胞压积）、Sf（血清铁蛋白）、hs-CRP（超敏C反应蛋白改善程度）。结果 研究组患者治疗前的Hb（±）g/L、HCT（±）%、Sf（±）μg/L、hs-CRP（±）mg/L对比参照组患者差异无?y计学意义（P>）；研究组患者治疗12周后的Hb（±）g/L、HCT（±）%、Sf（±）μg/L、hs-CRP（±）mg/L显著性优于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P [关键词] 慢性肾衰竭；血液透析；血液透析滤过；贫血 [中图分类号] [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0058-03 Effect of Haemodialysis and Hemodiafiltration on the Anemia of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure ZHOU Chun-yan， LIANG Shao-ming Department of Nephrology， Rongcheng People’s Hospital， Rongcheng， Shandong Province， 264300 China [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of haemodialysis and hemodiafiltration on the Anemia of patients with chronic renal failure.
