甘氨双唑钠对食管鳞癌放射增敏作用的疗效分析 [摘要] 目的 探讨研究甘氨双唑钠对食管鳞癌放射治疗增敏作用的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2013年12月―2015年12月平阴县中医医院肿瘤科确诊食管癌鳞患者60例。随机分成观察组和对照组，每组患者30例，对照组采取单纯放疗治疗，放疗总剂量60 Gy/7周，观察组在常规放疗同时使用甘氨双唑钠，每2 d使用1次，用药3次/周，用药到放射治疗过程结束。放疗中检测患者血常规并观察处理各种不良反应。结果 观察组完全缓解9例，部分缓解18例，稳定2例，病情恶化1例，%。对照组患者完全缓解6例，部分缓解14例，稳定8例，病情恶化2例，%；两组比较，观察组的治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P [关键词] 食管鳞癌；甘氨双唑钠；放射增敏剂 [中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（b）-0127-03 Radiosensitization of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma with Sodium SUN Xing-liang1， GENG Hai-ying1， SUN Xing-yun2 of Oncology， Pingyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Ji'nan，Shandong Province，250400 China ； of Internal Medicine， Ji'nan Machine Tool Two Factory of Hospital， Ji'nan，Shandong Province，250022 China [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of sodium glyoxidizine on the radiosensitivity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
