探讨阿奇霉素治疗上呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果【摘要】目的:探讨阿奇霉素应用于上呼吸道感染患者治疗中的临床疗效分析。方法:以我院 76例上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组 38例与对照组38例,分别给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注与口服莫西沙星药物治疗,观察对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率明显优于对照组,分别为 % %,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<) 结论:阿奇霉素应用于上呼吸道感染治疗能有效缩短治疗时间,临床效果显著。【关键词】阿奇霉素;上呼吸道感染;临床疗效【Abstract 】 Objective: to study the azithromycin is applied in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in patients with clinical curative effect analysis.
