摘要
针对目前我国规模化畜禽养殖场的粪污、污水的数量和特征,分析总结了规模化养猪场粪污处理的现状和存在的问题,从处理工艺设计、设备选型和运行管理等方面给出了对策和建议。并针对养猪场废水量、水质特点和对资源充分利用的要求,设计了一套方案。本设计采用粪水预处理+USR厌氧消化+产品综合利用的工艺进行处理。经处理后,CODCr,BOD5,SS都得到有效的去除和转化,其中CODCr的去除率为60%,BOD5的去除率为65%,SS的去除率为70%。通过厌氧发酵将粪污资源最大化的利用,沼气转化为电能,沼肥为良好的有机肥料,粪污全部资源化,无污染、零排放。

ABSTRACT
In recent years the amount of large-scale livestock and poultry farms keep increasing, the environmental degradation caused by the mass of livestock waste is becoming more and more digestion (biogas genarate process) is one of the main means to solve these issues . Based on the current situation of quantities and features of dung corrupt and sewage from large-scale livestock and poultry farms, this design analysed and summarized the decontamination processing’s present situation and the existing problems of pig dung from large-scaled pig farms,.chosen the process of muck water pretreatment , USR anaerobic digestion , products comprehensive utilization for processing . This design also calculated and proved the choice of technonogy , progress design,material output,equipment selection,ecnomic benifit progress of anaerobic fermentation not only maximized the use of dung unclean resources, made biogas into electrical energy, made the waste of anaerobic digestion into good organic fertilizer, but also protected the environment while also bring certain economic benefit for the farm.
