摘 要
近年来，带有智能型犯罪的刑事案件明显增多，犯罪现场没有提取到有价值的指纹、足迹等痕迹物证时，使得微量物证的提取对案件侦破的作用愈来愈大，现场勘查工作应加强微量物证意识。鉴于此，本文系统的阐述了刑事案件中微量物证的对微量物证的定义，存在的理论依据和特点如体积小、质量轻、不易察觉、易污染，分布复杂等；并对微量物证存在与分布的重点部位、不同案件中勘查的重点场所，以及微量物证发现的常用方法进行介绍；并介绍微量物证的提取、包装原则，提取和包装方法，以及重点介绍对爆炸残留物、射击残留物、微量法医物证、纤维、油漆、塑料、橡胶、油斑、玻璃、金属、纸张和粘合剂等常见微量物证的提取、保存和注意事项。为在现场勘验中发现和提前更多、更有价值的微量物证。

Crime scene investigation evidence in detection and extraction

Abstract：In recent years, with the intelligent type of criminal cases increased significantly, the scene of a crime not to extract valuable fingerprints, footprints of trace evidence, the trace material evidence extraction on case detection effect is bigger and bigger, the scene surveying work should strengthen the evidence consciousness. In view of this, this paper describes the system of micro-material evidence in criminal cases to the trace evidence of the definition, the theoretical basis for the existence and characteristics such as small volume, light weight, is not easy to detect, easy pollution, complex distribution; and the trace evidence of existence and distribution of the key parts in different cases, exploration of key sites, as well as trace evidence found in the commonly used methods are introduced; and the introduction of trace material evidence extraction, packaging principle, extraction and packing method, and introduces the explosive residue, gunshot residue, trace forensic evidence, fiber, paint, plastic, rubber, glass, metal, paper, oil stain and adhesives and other common trace material evidence extraction, preservation and matters needing attention.
