扌商 要：联苯双酯作为医药中间体以及重要肝病用药，其三种同分异构体&-联苯双酯、0-联苯双酯和丫-联苯双酯均有疗
效。ot-联苯双酯和联苯双酯通常以Ullmarm偶连合成，采用Ullmann偶连合成丫-联苯双酯时会产生联苯双酯和联苯双
酯，故选取Suzuki-Miyaura偶连反应合成丫-联苯双酯。本文以甲基-7-甲氧基苯并［d］［l,3］二氧代-5-竣酸为初始原料，经漠化、
取代反应制得苯硼酸衍生物。再经过Suzuki-Miyaura偶连反应制得丫-联苯双酯（y-DDB）。

Abstract: Diphenyl dicarboxylate is not only a medical intermediate but also a important hepatopathy medicament.
Three isomers of diphenyl dicarboxylate was a一DDB ( Bifendate) , p-DDB and 7一DDB, all the three isomers contain
curative effect, a 一 DDB and |3 一 DDB were usually synthesized by Ullmann coupling, a - DDB and 0 - DDB will be
produced when the 丫一DDB was synthesized by
