山东大学硕士学位论文曼曼!皂曼詈皇曼曼曼曼曼皇蔓鼍曼!曼曼舅舅曼寰_ _一 II—_— I——!—————m寰摘要电信企业门户网站是依附于电信企业、不具有独立法人身份、服从电信企业管理和人员编制的网站。电信企业门户网站的发展进度和规模远远不及大型商业网站如新浪、网易等。这与其长期缺乏科学的信息构建理念有很大关系。本文以电信企业门户网站为研究背景,简述了电信企业门户网站的定义与现状;以信息构建为主要理论基础,分析了信息构建主要要素和网站构建过程中的几个阶段,阐明了电信企业门户网站进行信息构建的意义;在此理论基础上,将电信企业门户网站的网站建设划分为四大阶段——战略研究阶段、设计发布阶段、管理维护阶段、网站评价阶段,并将战略研究阶段作为丰要阶段来进行论述, 提出由信息建筑师来主导整个战略研究阶段;最后以实证分析法对山东网通门户网站——齐鲁热线网站主页进行了分析与再设计,将1A理念付诸实践并取得了很好的效果。本文在信息建筑师主导的战略研究阶段中创新地提出了应进行电信企业门户网站的管理创新模式研究和用户满意因素分析的观点,并提出了问题的解决方法。另外在设计发布阶段中提出电信企业门户网站需要利用WEB标准技术进行网页技术设计,并且论证了如何在现有的技术基础上实现WEB标准设计,这也是本文的创新点。关键词:信息构建;电信企业门户网站;管理模式;WEB标准山东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The munications enterprise website depends on munications enterprise,and does nothave anindependent legalperson status,and shouldsubject to the munications business management and staffing of the website, munications enterprises hasprogressed inthedevelopment ofthe website and websites such SO on.
