Method: From September 2018 to February 2020, 80 cases of surgical children admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Sevoflurane for maintenance anesthesia, the study group was given desflurane for maintenance anesthesia. The recovery time, hemodynamic indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Result: The time of opening eyes or moving body, leaving operating room and fully awake in the study group were earlier than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<). There was no significant difference between the two groups in MBP and HR indexes at different time (P>). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was %, lower than % in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<). Conclusion: The use of Desflurane in children after maintenance of anesthesia, the recovery time is earlier, better adverse reaction control, the overall quality of recovery is higher.
