XXXXXXXXX. (hereinafter referred to as Party A), regarding the employment
of XXX (hereinafter referred to as Party B) as its employee under labor contract system, through negotiations with Party B on the basis of Labor Law , Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Management of Labor and Human Resources in Foreign-invested Enterprises as well as relevant national laws and regulations, concluded this Contract of Employment (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) with Party B as follows.
REFERENCE
This Contract is formulated according to the Labor Law, relevant national laws and regulations as well as the Employee Manual, various rules and regulations of Party A (hereinafter referred to as Regulations of Party A ).
