35例医务人员手部锐器伤的原因分析及防护对策.doc35例医务人员手部锐器伤的原因分析及防护对策 【摘要】目的了解医务人员职业暴露后的应急处理措施的掌握情 况及剌伤的原因，拟制订防护对策。方法 收集2004〜2006年各科上报锐器 伤的人数,从人员分类、刺伤原因、暴露于何种病原体、伤口处理方法等 进行分析。结果伤者以初级职称护士刺伤的最多，刺伤原因以拔针时刺伤 为主，暴露的病原体以乙肝病毒为主，刺伤后的处理方法85. 7%能按职业暴 露的处理措施处理，无一例因发生职业暴露而感染传染病。结论加强医院 感染知识的全员培训，尤其是《标准预防措施》、《职业暴露的处理措施》， 同时医院应提供合适的防护用品和设施是预防医务人员血源性疾病感染 的重要举措。 【关键词】锐器伤;医务人员；处理措施;防护 Cause analysis and protection measures for hand sharp injury on 35 medical workers LI Cui-ping, XIE Yan-fen, LI Jian-mei, et al. [Abstract] Objective To learn how manyemergency treatment measures has the medical workers mastered and learn if they know the causes of the sharp injuries after the occupational exposure. Methods To collect the reported number of medical workers who suffered from sharp injuries of 2004 to 2006 from different departments. We analyze the cases from the classification of the staff, the causes of the stab wounds, the exposure of the pathogens, and the treatment to the wounds. Results Most of the wounded are the junior nurses and the main reason is that they stab themselves by accident during the needle injection. Further more, the pathogens exposed were the stab wound, % of the treatment measures taken by the workers were correct and no one was infected by infectious diseases. Conclusion To strengthen the training of infection knowledge for the whole staff of our hospital, especially to publicize the two following books
