摘要：目的：研究分析小儿发烧的临床护理措施。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2012年3月-2013年4月期间收治的60例发烧患儿。将其临床资料进行回顾性 分析，并随机将其分为对照和观察两个小组，其中给予对照组常规护理，而观察 组在常规护理的基础上，再给予人性化护理措施，对两组的临床治疗效果进行对 比分析。结果：经过一段时间的临床护理，观察组20例显效，10例有效，治疗 总有效率为100%,而对照组10例显效，18例有效，2例无效，治疗总有效率为 %,并且相比较对照组而言，观察组患儿退烧快、住院时间短，两组临床治 疗效果差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<)。结论：临床上在对小儿发烧患 儿进行治疗时，给予人性化护理措施，不仅可以降低不良反应的出现几率、缩短 治疗时间，在一定程度上还能有效提高治疗效果，改善患儿预后生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical nursing measures for children with fever.
Methods： the object of this study was to choose 60 children with fever, who were admitted to our hospital during March 2012 -2013, April.
